A professional partner

God Driv AS is one of the largest real estate companies in Southern Norway with a property portfolio of approx. 150,000m². In addition, we have a number of large projects under development in several places in Norway, with approx. 100,000m² new building stock within commerce and logistics.

The company can trace its roots all the way back to 1989, with its origin in the sports wholesaler Scan Trade AS. In 2004, God Driv was spun off as a separate real estate company, focusing on commercial real estate and the development of major housing projects in Agder. Today, the company specialises in commercial and logistics properties throughout southern Norway, primarily in large towns along the coast from Drammen to Ålesund. The group has an annual turnover of approx. NOK 500 million.

We are a professional partner for those who seek to establish themselves in commerce and logistics. We work closely with our partners and can offer properties in a range of locations in Norway. In areas where we do not own property, we use our network to find suitable locations. We have outstanding expertise throughout all phases from location analysis, applicable regulations, development, and construction of environmentally friendly buildings, as well as subsequent operation and management.

God Driv invests heavily in optimising existing buildings, and constructing new buildings, to meet future requirements for sustainability and the environment. We believe that our tenants and partners in the long run will have higher incomes and a better working environment by taking into account the demands of the future today.

Our vision is for God Driv to be one of Southern Norway's largest and most professional real estate developers. We will deliver projects that we are proud of and that provide added value for customers and partners We must have solid profitability, be well-ordered in our own affairs and have a commercial approach to our projects.
