Tore Gustav is the owner and founder of God Driv. He has been involved in sales and market development all his life, starting by importing sports equipment from his childhood room when he was 16 years old. This enterprise eventually became the sports wholesaler Scan Trade AS, which today is one of the Nordic region's largest suppliers of sports equipment. Away from work, Tore Gustav participates in a wide range of community activities, and likes to stay in shape – preferably by running through forests and fields, on roller skis or cross-country skis.

Thor is the general manager of God Driv, which includes keeping track of the finances. Thor is skilled carpenter and has a degree civil engineering. He has worked in real estate development for the past 20 years. Thor has previous experience in Skanska and Kruse-Smith, and has worked in God Driv since 2014. In the winter, Thor really enjoys skiing, and in the summer he likes to be at his cottage by the sea.

Terje is marketing manager at God Driv, but is also responsible for the management of our real estate portfolio. Terje has a degree in engineering and economics, and has previously worked as a consulting engineer and a contractor. Terje came to us from being district manager in TT Anlegg, and has worked in God Driv since 2014. In his spare time he is an avid bird hunter, and has a couple of bird dogs that ensure that he gets a lot of exercise wearing his jogging shoes, mountain boots or skis.

Torkjell is a property developer in God Driv and has a master's degree in town and country planning and real estate. Throughout his working life, he has worked in town and country planning and property development. He came to us in 2019 from being the district authority technical manager in Søgne. In his spare time, Torkjell enjoys being out in the forests and fields, both as a skier and a hunter.

Helge is responsible for God Driv’s role as the property developer's representative in new projects and also contributes to good management of existing building stock in the company. Helge has 25 years of experience in the construction industry as a project manager, construction estimator and departmental manager. He is involved in environmental issues in the construction industry, and has had several posts of responsibility for the environmental environment. Away from work, Helge is active in youth work and trains and competes in triathlon to stay in shape.

Monica is God Driv’s Marketing and Lettings Responsible and, in addition to managing property lettings, she also has the role of Centre Manager for our shopping centres.

Monica is a trained interior design consultant and real estate agent and has worked with the three largest real estate agencies in Kristiansand over the last 20 years.

In her free time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, exploring nature, travelling, and collecting culinary, musical and art experiences.
