Building for the Future

For several years, God Driv has worked on optimising our real estate portfolio in terms of sustainability and the environment. We are continuously working on energy optimisation and control of our building stock, and we are conscious of our responsibility in relation to material selection, reuse and source sorting of waste.

New classifications and demands from future tenants and the environment itself, are forcing a change in how the market plans and develops new buildings for the future. Here we want to take up a position, in our own interest with regard to existing and future tenants, but also with regard to the next generation’s interests. All our new buildings will therefore be built with a minimum energy class A, and preferably Breeam or ZEB certified.

God Driv is a long-term owner, and our main principle is to develop to own and manage properties ourselves. This gives us an incentive to build for the future, and we are now continuously working on everything from building certification, green energy sources, artificial intelligence and good experience-based solutions to build a real estate portfolio that is equipped to meet tomorrow's requirements and challenges.

God Driv AS is a member of the Norwegian Green Building Council, which is a building and real estate member organisation with the purpose of raising the environmental standard in Norwegian buildings. The Norwegian Green Building Council is the national licensor of BREEAM and LEED.
