Our Operations Philosophy

A well managed building is of high value for both owner and tenant.

At God Driv, we are committed to managing our properties in a sound, professional manner. For us as owners, it is important to foster the value that lies in our properties, and for our tenants it is important to have premises which work as they should, which are safe and secure, and which often provide added value.

God Driv partners include Newsec AS, for management and technical support, and Forvaltningspartner AS, for financial and accounting support, for our real estate portfolio. This ensures that we get the highest professional management of our properties, by collaboration with professionals with local knowledge.

We are constantly building new properties that will satisfy future requirements for sustainability and energy consumption. We have worked on energy optimisation and smart management of our properties for many years. We do this not only to save the environment, but also to make the buildings more user-friendly, and to reduce the tenant's operating costs.

 
 

About Newsec

Newsec offers property owners, investors and tenants a wide range of property management and consulting services.

Newsec was founded in 1994 and is today a partner-owned company with over 2000 employees in 8 countries in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Newsec turns over approx. NOK 600 billion for management and annually signs leases for around 1 million square metres. Newsec conducts transactions valued at approx. NOK 50 billion and performs valuations of commercial property to a value of approx. NOK 1750 billion. Thanks to these large volumes and a local presence combined with an in-depth understanding of a variety of business types, Newsec has unique expertise in the real estate market in Norway.

Newsec's headquarters is in Trondheim, with branch offices throughout the country. Management of our properties is done primarily from Newsec's office in Kristiansand, but uses local resources for caretaker services, service contractors and similar requirements.

About Forvaltningspartner

Forvaltningspartner is a local professional property management company in Kristiansand. The company was established in 1996, based on the management department of ABCenter, which was then Sparebanken Sør's real estate agent's office. The office is currently wholly owned by key people in the company. Forvaltningspartner has about 20 employees, and manages around 500,000 sqm of commercial space in the region.
